Lougheed Library is now OPEN!

Lougheed Public Library has re-opened to the public. Pre-cautions have been put into place, and include:

  • Only four patrons in the library at a time, children are allowed if with a parent or guardian. 
  • Books are to be returned in the drop-off box in the foyer and will then be quarantined for 72 hours.
  • One computer is available, for adult use only for half an hour intervals. The computer station will be sanitized after each use.
  • Curbside pickup and home delivery is still being offered.

Children

Join Nicole at Mirror Lake Park Gazebo for some stories, rhyme time, and other activities. All activities will be designed with COVID-19 prevention in mind and will follow guidelines set out by the Government of Alberta. Face masks are encouraged but not required.

Bring a blanket for your family to sit on; we'll have a few if you forget! This program is weather-dependent. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
